Therapy for Moral Injury

You may be grappling with the sense that you’ve crossed a line—internally or institutionally—that has left you disoriented, spiritually numb, or quietly burdened by guilt, betrayal, or grief. Perhaps you’ve served others within systems that conflicted with your values, and now carry the weight of that contradiction. I work with adults of all ages who are navigating addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, major life transitions, and deeper spiritual-or-philosophical questions.

My style is integrative and depth-oriented: we look beyond surface symptoms to the underlying stories, patterns, and symbols that shape your inner life.

In session, you’ll find a blend of:

  • Mindfulness-based skill building drawn from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you stay present, regulate emotion, and live in alignment with your values.
  • Psychodynamic and depth-psychology perspectives that explore unconscious motives, dreams, and archetypal themes, offering fresh insight into longstanding struggles.
  • Trauma-informed care that prioritizes safety, choice, and collaboration, honoring the ways past experiences have shaped you while opening space for new possibilities.

Together, we’ll craft a therapeutic process that is both practical and soulful: building real-world skills while also tending to the deeper question of who you are—and who you’re becoming—in the wake of disillusionment, loss, or transformation.
