I am currently in network with Medicare.

Out of Network

For all other insurances, I would be an out of network provider. The out-of-network fee for individual therapy is $150 per 45-minute session. You would receive a super bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

For those choosing not to use insurance or who may be uninsured, a sliding scale could be offered based on proof of income and a minimum fee of $75.

I am able to accept all credit & debit cards, HSA accounts/cards. I do not accept checks or cash.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required for a cancellation. Emergencies excepted, any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee of $150. Insurance will not reimburse missed appointment fees, therefore it would be the client’s responsibility for payment.
